  As an NCAA scholar athlete, Molly graduated from The University of North Carolina at Asheville with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Literature and Creative Writing.

Molly’s decision to pursue a career in real estate was largely influenced by her father, a REALTOR/Broker for many years in Charlotte, NC. Through his success, Molly’s father taught her this: With hard work, dedication, and 100% personal attention to each and every person she comes into contact with, she can be exactly what a person needs during one of the most important times of their life.

Molly teamed up with Matt Tavener in 2011 to create The Matt & Molly Team. Together they have taken their business and customer service to a new level and are always in the top 100 Realtors in the region.

In her spare time, Molly is also a BOLD Coach with Keller Williams Realty and serves as the “Dean” of KSCORE and KWPrep for KWRI.
