Landon Hollar

Landon was born and raised locally in Black Mountain, NC attending Charles D. Owen High School. Landon then attended Western Carolina University graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in History. After graduating from Western in 2020 Landon began working with Goosmann Rose Colvard & Cramer working on the legal side of the Real Estate business as a New Files Coordinator and Paralegal.

Landon enjoys working with others and helping clients to experience a smooth transition into the next chapter of their lives whether that be moving to the area or preparing to make a move.

Outside of the office Landon spends time with his family and friends watching and participating in sports and enjoying the outdoors.
