Ashley Payne

Growing up in South Asheville and calling Canton, NC home for over a decade, Ashley Payne is genuinely knowledgeable in all areas of WNC.

Coming from a background of Property Management and Office Management, Ashley has developed leadership abilities and stellar interpersonal communication skills that have easily transitioned into top notch treatment of her Real Estate clients.

Ashley views all aspects of the Real Estate process with the same family values she has encouraged in own family: based on honesty, always doing your best, being kind to all others and being a leader. This makes putting her clients first, truly listening to their needs and treating them like family second nature.

Ashley has volunteered with Canton Little League for over 6 years and has been serving as a Board Member for over 2 years.

When not serving Buyers and Sellers, Ashley and her husband stay busy balancing the enjoyment of two teenagers, their children’s sporting events and three spoiled-rotten rescue dogs. Ashley enjoys gardening, working in her yard and running.
